Answer: If you live in a Single Family Residence FedEx will normally leave your package if you are not at home.
If you live in a Multi-Family Residence (2 or more units share the same entry door to the facility) FedEx will NOT leave your package for security reasons. Someone must be present to sign for the package due to FedEx experience with packages being inadvertently taken or stolen.
Note: Signing the release section of the FedEx Door Tag left on your door will not result in delivery.
FedEx will make a total of three (3) delivery attempts, sometimes 2 on a single day (T-Sat). After each delivery attempt FedEx will leave a FedEx Door Tag telling you the approximate time of the next delivery. If after 3 attempts they still have not found you at home, they will hold your package at the local FedEx office for ten (10) additional days, during which time you can pick the package up.
Call 800-GO-FEDEX to make arrangements for pick-up at your local FedEx facility. If after 10 days you have not picked up the package from the FedEx office, it will be returned to us.
Reshipment charges apply for orders returned for non-delivery.
AIR SHIPMENT SPECIAL NOTICE - If your package is being sent Express or 2nd Day Air, it will IMMEDIATELY be returned to our warehouse after the 3rd delivery attempt. AIR PACKAGES ARE NOT HELD AT THE FEDEX OFFICE FOR TEN (10) ADDITIONAL DAYS.
Answer: We accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We are currently unable to accept C.O.D orders.
Answer: All order information is encrypted using a leading provider of digital trust services, Authorize.net, before being transmitted over the internet. Once we verify and authorize your credit card information, it is immediately deleted and NEVER stored on our servers. Your personal information is stored on a secure server.
Answer: Backorders, items temporarily out of stock, are infrequent and typically last less than 2 weeks. In rare instances, a backorder can last 3-4 weeks or more.
During the checkout process you have two options to choose from to let us know how to manage your order if an item you have ordered becomes backordered.
You can always change or cancel an order with a status of "Pending" or "Backorder". If an item you have ordered remains backordered, we will notify you and present available options.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail as soon as your order has shipped.
Answer: Payments processed through our web store or over the phone will be listed on your credit card billing statement as "Online Store Delivery".
Answer: Products are displayed that match ALL keywords entered. Partial words are acceptable. Using FEWER keywords returns LARGER results. Using MORE keywords returns SMALLER results. Mis-spellings will not return accurate results.

Answer: We can ship to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (via FedEx). At the current time we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Military addresses, or Internationally.

Answer: Contact our customer service center to arrange for Rush Order Service which will expedite your order via Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipment. Rush Orders will ship no later than the next business day and will reduce the time in transit with FedEx. NOTE: Rush Orders ship same day if placed by 11:00 am CENTRAL TIME, Monday - Friday, and next business day for orders received after 11:00 am. Holidays may affect this schedule.
